Notes on Usage

■ Placing items in your cart does not reserve them. Items in your cart remain available to others until payment is completed and the purchase is confirmed.

■ Regarding sizing, dimensions are provided for each item. When purchasing, we recommend comparing them with an item you already own to choose the closest size, which should help avoid mistakes.

■ For the reason above, we generally do not accept returns due to size differences. We appreciate your understanding. If an identical product is available for size exchange, we will accommodate the exchange (you will be responsible for shipping costs).

■ For defective items, we will exchange them if stock is available. If not, we will process a return (refund). In case of a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it by cash on delivery.

■ We also do not accept cancellations or returns for other reasons such as "the image is different" (customer's personal preference). Please inquire about any unclear points or consider carefully before purchasing.

■ Cancellations and returns due to customer convenience hinder other customers with purchasing intent, and as such, we reserve the right to refuse future use of TOKYO MOUNTAIN RUNNING COMPANY and our services. We ask for your understanding.

■ Payment options:
・Credit card (payment at time of order)
・Cash on delivery (Yamato Collect Service)
A separate handling fee (excluding tax) for cash on delivery is as follows:
・Up to 10,000 yen: 300 yen
・Up to 30,000 yen: 400 yen
・Up to 100,000 yen: 600 yen
・Up to 300,000 yen: 1,000 yen

■ Shipping times are as follows. Please understand that due to our small staff, it may take some time.
・For credit card payments: Ships within 1-5 business days after payment.
・For cash on delivery: Ships within 1-5 business days after your order.

■ Shipping will be via Yamato Nekopos or Yamato Transport. We will notify you of the tracking number and other details after shipping. If you have a preferred delivery time, please specify it in the remarks section at the time of purchase. Yamato Nekopos is a mailbox delivery service and does not support time-specific delivery.

■ A flat shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included) is charged per delivery. If your single purchase amount exceeds 11,000 yen (tax included), shipping will be free.

■ If you make multiple separate purchases, even if the combined total exceeds 11,000 yen (tax included), free shipping cannot be applied due to system limitations. We appreciate your understanding.

■ We do not accept product reservations.

■ Gift wrapping is not available.

■ Inquiries submitted via the form are accepted 24 hours a day, but depending on our schedule, it may take some time to reply.
・Regular holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
・Absences (business trips domestically or internationally, events, etc.)
Replies may be delayed if these periods are included. We will announce any absence exceeding one week.
